1. Launch the App
- Once installed, open the TrackTik Guard Tour app on your device.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the initial setup.
2. Log In
- Enter the Server URL provided by your supervisor. It should begin with
https://. - Use your assigned username and password to log in.
Contact your supervisor if you do not have your login credentials.

1. Clock In
Tap the Time Clock icon on the home screen.
Select Clock In to begin your shift.
Note: Clocking in is essential for generating accurate shift reports.
2. Review Your Schedule

1. Conducting Tours
- Tap the Checkpoints icon to view available tours.

- Tap the Site Tasks icon to see all assigned tasks.
- Filter tasks by category or use the search bar to locate a specific one.
- Mark tasks as completed, or if necessary, reassign, reschedule, postpone, or cancel with a reason.
